Professions learning/unlearning

Hello,

I'd have a suggestion regarding professions and their learning/unlearning.

Yesterday I made some bad experience in unlearning my profession by accident.
I just wanted to sell some stuff and clicked the wrong NPC and didn't quite check the message.
I was at 141 ish salvaging (did some ruin-farming and salvaged multiple items, 141 was the last skill level I remember).
Back to AD I shortly wanted to sell some stuff and clicked the Scavanger trainer instead of the Merchant behind him.
Didn't quite check it an pressed OK. Hence all my progress was gone and I can start again from scratch.

Would it be possible that if you already have 2 professions to receive something like a popup asking you if you really want to unlearn your profession?
