Scenario queue

Is there any way to fix scenario queue system?

Even if it mean making sc pop less often its still better then being pissed off another time cause on 2 parties in your side there is 1 tank and 0 healers overall and other side got 5 healers, tanks and overall more balanced grps...

T4 SC's are rank 32 to 40

T1 SCs are Rank 1 to rank 15

But the T2 and T3 sc ranges are still split.

Maybe it's worth doing a rank 16 to rank 31 sc merge?

I think he means that he wants matched queues.

Like, a game will not start until 2 Tanks, 2 Healers, and 6 DPS have queued for a match. That way it doesn't end up being 10 DPS vs 2 Tanks + 4 Healers + 4 DPS, in which you will lose 99% of fights.

While I would enjoy this as well, I don't think it will ever happen. I believe the Devs are more focused on coordinated play, not pugging. The solution to your problem is to find a group and premake, unfortunately. (I say this as someone who only ever pugs, so it is a bit annoying, but it is what it is)

Go in, try your best. If your team gets the short end of the queueing RNG stick, try to pick off people you can and not get farmed. At least now you get 1 Conq Emblem per loss. So after only like 4,000 games you can have full gear.

The system already tries to queue balanced scs, but it's a soft check, not a hard requirement, iirc. A non-issue nonetheless, if you want chaotic scs, queue for the pug sc. If you want balanced groups, form your own.

There is a real problem with sc q.
"Premade" sc consider groups of 3/4/5/6 person as a premade. A party of 3 or 4 people + pugs can't do anything vs a full premade of 6, and less vs 2 parties of 6. The matchmaking could be change, like 6v6 SCs we could have some 6+6 vs 6+6 and/or 6+pugs vs 6+pugs.
The actual system is really not fun for pugs who join a premade of 3/4 people vs real premade, and it's not fun for premade of 5/6 people to farm pugs hide in the wc, it's just a waste of time.
Or another solution is to q sc in 2 or 3 groups of 2 people to join pugs sc only like some people like to do (orders and destro) but it's a shame.

Afaik from what the devs said a long long time ago, the scenario queue does attempt to provide balanced team compositions, however it's always a trade-off between queue time and good compositions. With this server having a relatively low pop (the server is doing mighty fine on its' own terms) compared to other games, the scenarios with bad comps are just a reality. Premades vs. PuG are another story, personally I am just happy the PuG scenario exists at all, which is a cool feature compared to the original. Also bad comps are just a part of PuGlyfe to a certain extent, it's not like I've never played Overwatch/DotA with 4 people on my team who are determined to play dps/carry at all costs.

What would be nice if it was possible to relog into a scenario like in GW2, seeing that you don't have enough tanks/healers you would relog an alt to make the comp better. Although with how the game works around character locations etc. it might be very hard/impossible to make such a change.
