Slow Walkspeed/Movement in SC? Quickfix!

So had a problem when in SC's earlier, basically it felt like my toon had a movement impairing effect applied or a little like I had the /walk toggled on. Easy way to clear this is to completely close down the game and restart. Fairly minor bug but I thought I mention it here for other people that find themselves having same problem.

I have this also from time to time. It normally fades for me after a few seconds. I first thought it just happens out of fight, but after thinking about it, sometimes i have infight the same effect.
I always thought it is some kind of snare stacking, but maybe it's just this strange bug.

I've had this too. Seems to happen after a lot of combat. Need to relog.
