Afraid I don't quite get this. 70% from securing Objectives, 10% from Sc victory, and 10% from PK. .. is 10% missing or did I misread something.

10 % PQs are the rest I think :) (PQs don't work)

Since they need PQ mechanics for Castles (t2 in that case) im pretty sure they're working on it ;)
