I suggest removing the snared effect from when a player is on very low health.

You should explain your thoughts to make it a proper suggestion albeit it's not going to happen.

Well it is just down right annoying. There are enough snares in the game without this one too. What purpose does it serve?TTk is extremely short in this game and that last 10% of your hit points (or whatever it is) might as well not be there 9 times out of 10 cos you are just a dead man walking with the irritating movement debuff.

People are not supposed to run away with 5% health remaining, when the fight is still ongoing.
Either you have won the fight and health regen kicks in or you have a healer nearby to heal you.
Dying is no option.

Why not? You can run away from the fight at half health if you want.Your opponent still has gap closers .i would usually pot at 5 % health or brfore but yeah they are often on cooldown.

Your pots are on cool down and still you wait until 5% health and then you try to run away but can't because movement penalty? Is this correct?

Nevertheless, this isn't going to change anytime soon.

Sulorie said, to suggest something come with reasons why, annoying is not an acceptable argument as its highly subjective.

Either way, this is not going to change.
