I'm sure this isn't the first post of this kind but i'm going to list it anyway.
The current end game gear progress is very... shall we say it requires alot of grinding.
Just doing some basic math, the average win loss ration for the sc's i've been getting (order premades in most sc's, even the pug ones) is about 4-5 losses per win, meaning the average gaint is 1.6 medals (but lets say 2 for ease).
2 medals for roughly even 7 minutes of SC's is 1200 SC's on average to get a 2h weapon, or 8400 minutes of game play. That to me seems a little bit insane.
Could i suggest the following:
-Reduce the price of the SC wargear to be in line with the conquerer wargear (for example belts 155 on sc, 95 on rvr).
-Reduce the price of SC weapons by half on the end game level. The jump between 39/39 at 400 for a 2h vs 2400 for a 2h at 40/45 seems a bit of a steep jump
-Introduce up-purchasing items like in the lower tiers. This isn't game breaking give its take 5 low tier medals to go up to the next level of wargear. It would also result in a lot less dead medals.
I have no doubt some of this is intentional as encouragement to play end-game for longer, but the idea of farming more and more to get somewhere removes some of the fun of the game. It's already quite difficult to get the end game gear in the rvr lakes but you have alot of fun doing it. SC's are fun on occasion but they are something to break up rvr lakes, not replace it

If you win every SC it's 333 scenarios now Order complain they lose as much as Destro.
Thing is, SC's are all about the premades. A premade is a guaranteed win in most cases. If devs reduce costs to benefit the pugs being farmed then the premades will get dom and end game weapons stupidly quickly.

maybe make a loss give half the maximum amount of medals instead of basing it on points also would be nice to see it give a bit more renown from a loss

ITs hardly a grind I just starting playing in November and took about 5 months to get all end game gear and about rr 60 ish. The game has been out since 2013 so there is no reason why most people shouldn’t have it.

dominator and rr45 weapons have only been purchasable for a year/maybe less ^
the 2h grind is steep and kinda sucks given you can get subjugator in an hour and it's quite often better, or epic weapons/gutslime are actually better for some classes. I would like to see it reduced but at the same time fear people would lose another carrot to bother with SC.
personally I feel 45 weapons should be significantly better than all others, given the grind, but I am happy to accept how it is.

rr45 sc weap is maybe 1-2% better than rr39 weap, you must be a madman to want to grind 400-800 scs just to get a slightly better weapon.
Also if you get a premade of your own going, you can probably get full Domi in 1-2 months instead of grinding for 6-10 months. Or get yourself a good duo partner and farm the pugs in the pug sc.
And regarding who wins, on some days you might just get 30-50 emblems, on some better days maybe 150-250 emblems. It varies, depending on which premade plays which side and who is bending over on that day.

Jesus guys nothing is as effortless as solo grinding emblems.
E: The higher pop rate solo more then make up for not winning everything plus the currency also drop from kills.

And it’s not really grinding. I enjoy SC more than rvr. More like getting gear for the thing I enjoy. I even have the 1000 dagger trophy(which I don’t recommend it’s kind of ugly lol)

Grinding isnt a concept that only occurs when you do not enjoy it.
