Lair respawn timers

There's still several weirdos interested in doing the lair heroes, and it's often a problem to know how soon a hero will respawn.
Now, IDK how the server end of the game works, but isn't it *known* beforehand when the hero will respawn?
If it is so - could you place a buff/debuff indicator on them so players could see the expiration time and thus know when to come back to kill it?

150min +-30min, Bloodhorn lair is 180 mins exact.

But what if you arrived 40 minutes after the hero was killed?
You don't know how long you have to wait, and honestly, you don't have the desire to sit around and wait.
Wouldn't it be nice to see the exact time till respawn?

Seems like a visible countdown timer would be counter-intuitive to making the respawn timers randomized.
