I have no issues on my WE tbh.
Seems to work as intended except when facing high rank players when bolstered up, they seem to see you trough stealth compared to players in the same level range more often.

Idk about WE, but on WH side I can assure you that DoTs still break stealth. I remember yesterday I got one magus dot (withered soul) and got my stealth broken a few seconds after.
yes , WE go in stealth with 3-4 dot, ever. I've try with Engi: everytime WE go in stealth .....
