No character or server

Hey guys,
I've already tried most of the stuff suggested but still all I get is de cinematics and settings and stuff like that.
I do run as admin but that does't work so basicly I can't choose a server or create a character. If someone could help me out please do so!? (pretty desperate)

Which download links did you use?

If it was the 5 parts, or 10 parts download; Try extracting the game again. An error might of occurred during the extraction.
