New Launcher Issues

Follow the steps below (dont miss one) it may help.

I followed all of the steps you detailed and I still can not access my account. Every log-in attempt ends the same, a trip to the create character screen. I have not changed my account name or password nor do I believe either is being entered incorrectly.

Can someone please assist with this issue?

Reporting in, no Problems at all.

Don't know if anyone has the same problem, but the new launcher re-downloads everything every time i open it.

Waiting to get into the game is annoying with this problem.

I don't think it's downloading the files, just running a compare and picking up what files are missing. We would be eating a ton of bandwidth otherwise, which seems unlikely.

Right now it's showing me that the Web Server is 'Red' and the Login is 'Yellow'. When I try to connect, it says I can't connect to login server.
