Rather than fill up the already complete rosters of established factions I would rather see new ones like undead imo.

Hammerer was meant to be a marauder like . From what I recover from his beta abilities , they had many similar abilities. His spec was turned to the KD mechanics that was the difference

It’s the entire world that you need to rethink , as you have to build area , quest , warcamp , rebuilt scenario map , and add new city for siege ???

I've always been of the opinion to drop the concept of "lakes" entirely, and have the entire map as a RvR-area. Give it more of a feeling of fighting over a "world" rather than "a portion of a zone". That would probably require a lot of work, and it depends on whether you want WAR to remain a hybrid PvP/PvE title, or fully embrace PvP. The other thing that would need to happen is terrain restructuring, making sure the old lakes feel like part of the map, and (being technically inept) I'd imagine that's a boatload of work in-and-of itself, so probably not feasible.

Not overly, for example if undead was used (my perference) as 3rd faction you could build down, creating necropolis (akin to bad moon hole) beneath the lake for a true 3 dimensional war
That would be very cool. I know it would be alot of work though. You could have monsters/zombies/ghosts be the 1st group of archetypes, vamps be the 2 group, and tomb kings be the last 4. So the 3rd would have 12 classes to choose from much like order and destruction.

Vampires and Tomb Kings doesn't like each other, at all. Learn to lore ;).

Very interesting, and that idea would also work for skaven... :)

Settra and Neferata dont but you could always say they are from one of the minor kings. Hell this game has male sorcs and skaven were on both sides on live so the lore has been bent before.

Well, they would be low priority. I mean you still haven't added a Juggernaut of Khorne mount yet. :P  :P
