Special sounds on procs?

Is it possible to implement a sound like a giggle (a la SWTOR) or something when stuff procs? Like Overlord set and others. I get that it would not be something prio but if its easy to implement it would be a cool addition to hear stuff proc in the midst of battle, when theres reds and numbers all over and maybe adjust your playstyle to it.

I think they have implemented sounds for some procs. I know there is a sound played when the Imperator sets precision proc is activated. I personally wouldn't mind seeing more things like this just so long as it doesn't get too out of hand, with sounds constantly going off.

Brought this up a while ago, and iirc it is possible to make an addon or something. A lot of us prefer to use sound alerts in PvP (WoW soundalert addon was too good not to use in arena/bg), so I would love such a thing.

Just run this in the background. It provides a sound effect for every procc on everyone.
