Priorities

hi , I think you guys should focus on making PQ working ( maybe not all of them , but at least the first and seconds one) , so we can get some descent gear instead of farming mount Bloodhorn , plus it will allow people to regroup and have some fun . And when it comes to the party UI , i dont know for you , but i can t see my teammates (scenarios) on the map or even see their frame .( have i missed something ?) And at least but not last , i think it ll be nice to implement the first dungeons , so it make us have another group activity different from "Everyday-scenarios" and have gears , more fun too .
BTW great work to date, keep up . :) cheers !

i guess everyone has different priorities ;)

For ME warhammer is a pvp game, there a hundreds of pve games out there where you can grind in dungeons 24/7/365.

so for me focus should be totally on all pvp features. yes party frames and warbands for rvr/scenarios. balanced scenarios, gear progression through pvp/renown.

dungeons should be the very LEAST focus. They are a hell for balancing, they drive people out of the rvr lakes and from the scenario queues etc. etc.

IMHO there shouldnt be any pve actually in warhammer right from the beginning and in the original game. It drove so many resources out of the pvp design, that both failed in the end.

I agree on every point.

i understand ur concern about dungeons , so lets forget it , but at least they could make the pq works ... People farming everywhere for gear drop drop at the moment is lots of PVE (just saying) :)

pvp pq like in land of the dead. a good compromise! ;)

and yes, the pve grind for items is a pain in the ass right now, but thats really just cause renown itemization is totally borked and its only a workaround to keep people busy.

i for myself would NEVER grind by killing thousands of trolls to get 1 item with luck. ^^

as long as the BiS, best in slot, gear drops from mobs people will farm them. MMOs are about advancing your character in one form or another. First you level the character up. Then you gear it out. Then you play it. That is the normal way MOST, not all, people go about MMOs IMHO. Quick fix to get people away from trolls and souls is to let the BiS gear come from players in some form. Add medallion drops to players and put the current BiS gear in vendors. I am not a coder in any way and dont know how long something like this would take to implement but it could be a solid solution

the pq fixing and maybe dungeon would have been an alternative to farming same mob over and over for the same drops . :)

It would make it easier to take breaks from farming at Bloodhorn and IC. However, most turn to the PvP when scenarios are packed, or an event occurs for the big RvR battles. That occurred to my mind that since many (and over half of WAR spends their time in PvP on the server) they should fix more towards the Party, Warbands, Guilds, and other such things before PQs. Just imagine what the healers have to go through to heal/resurrect. ;)

Of course, like others have stated, some might not want to PvP all the time. In fact, others may be more into the questline or roleplaying (like myself). And it still would be lovely to have the option to switch over to PQs. :)

That is my opinion.

On the other hand, the creators are doing what they can by bringing content to the game as a handful in bigger patches. I wouldn't want to make what I said a demand or something they should rush as they have their lives to take care of as well. Ya' know?

Take care, see the lil' gits on the field!

[EDIT] And if they did manage to open up HV for Nordland, we'd see plenty of parties group up for the transformation cloak drop. (Which I also wonder if it'd even work). Again though, if a dungeon were to open up, it'd be easier for them to fix party/warbands beforehand to make it easier on groups.

Order: Arwen (Not From Live)

I am 99% Destro biased.

I face one major bug, that refrains me of playing at this moment...
The cast bar remains after the spells is triggered, and the spell can't be cast because of the cast bar remaining... you see?
I cast my greater heal, 2 second casting, and after 2 sec the cast bar is still here, no spell casted... so many times I died because of that, and because of that I can't take any pleasure playing my healer, this is so random and broken, no fluidity, no flow, slow and broken.

You have to fix THIS bug and the party UI not displaying... That's the priority according to me.
You can't play a game when a flashheal 1sec cast takes like forever and forces you to REcast a flashheal right after the first one bugged... you can't...

They are reworking all abilities at the moment.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
