Proposal does not relate to the game process.

A very simple proposal not dealing directly with the game process.

To forbid to open new topics to users under level 15, to prevent spam.

Then lowlvl players can't ask questions on forums anymore.
Dying is no option.

Why? Only to forbid to create new topics. The forum is full of sections and topics where you can ask / learn anything about the game process.

spammers would then just hijack other topics and people who are having problems downloading / installing would not be able to make new topics.

Thanks for the idea but not happening.
