The dev's could cure cancer and half our playerbase will whine the pill is the wrong colour.
WH/WE got massive buffs and people focus on a few things, the devs have said are subject to tuning.
Finaly they are getting WB utility and that's what they need.

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
Just repeating; I like AoE buffs
- however, the change of EoIP to mid tree is probably the main complaint for ST WE players
and it doesn't even truly hurt AoE spec WE, since for example I am running atm this kind of spec for AoE purposes that includes EoIP despite it being midtree; http://www.ror.builders/career/witch-el ... 27,5639&t=
meanwhile ST spec like
http://www.ror.builders/career/witch-el ... mt=5639&t=
cannot be achieved due to EoIP being in midtree
and another ST spec
http://www.ror.builders/career/witch-el ... mt=5639&t=
can neither be reached due to EoIP being in midtree
I understand the concern of not making AoE options too good for WE over WH (WE previously having EoIP in the left tree where now the AoE stuff is), but the end result is that I can still have EoIP in my AoE spec, but not in those 2 ST specs.

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
I'm well aware of this problem and I relate it to AW and Torment.
Not done with WH/WE yet. Hold.

As we all know, only grinding a class to a high RR qualifies you to be "da expert"

I'm still amazed how often the Dunning-Kruger effect shows up anywhere, including on the RoR forums.

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
just curious, what if rr80 come here and tell you 'make 80 then you can talk' ?
build your argument against him.
and go to mirror.
now tell your argument to yourself.
what would the mirror talk back?
probably 'you're awesome'

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
It does not even qualify you that not only
1 the time you dedicate to that class
2 for how many years you played a class both live and here
3 rr 70 and gear
4 results in the scenario
If you do not have these requirements as far as I'm concerned, I do not understand what you're talking about?
now I'll take a new class and take it to level 40 and then come to explain how you play your class ...

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
interesting that none of those who speak has a WE played as main and seriously, if you do not understand what it means rr 70 do not comment inappropriately or should I also explain that after 70 do not take more points Mastery?anarchypark wrote: ↑Wed Aug 22, 2018 10:49 am

Re: Client Changelog 19th August
If there's one thing I learned playing AoR and RoR, it's that rr/time spent playing a class definitely doesn't equate to level of skill or a thorough understanding of said class within a group+ environment. Just an observation.
WE/WH will be fine tuned, I am sure, so let's take a tictac and relax a bit.
