WE aoe build

Hi
Looking for suggestions for a WE build for warband aoe, rr around 40 and beast lord gear level.
Have a build but it’s not terribly well thought out and lack of knowledge of mechanics of WE makes it probably not great.

RoR.builders - Witch Elf

Swap out Brute Froce for Taste of Blood if you have 800+ STR without it.

Talismans: STR.

Kiss of Death if attacking from behind. Kiss of Agony from front.

Pick up Peirce Armor at rr50. Rest of rr into Carnage Mastery.

No idea. Not sure if they are able to proc as AoE or not.
My guess is that WE's have ICD and WH not.
