Due to bad structure and probably poor game knowledge, I doubt, that any of these complaints could have any effect but go for it, boy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

What are you talking about? The place is crawling with Destro. As are the RvR lakes.

You got your answer.
There is no balance for 1vs1 and the moment you get a healer, that engi can do nothing.
Stop running alone as a tank, when you fear you might die in rvr.
Heh, and what if that engi got a healer too ? If "There is no balance for 1vs1 and the moment" so why armor penetration buff is necessary for engi ?

Maybe because magus ST burst works fine against all targets, while engi see a hard dmg drop against higher armored targets. The percentage based armor penetration buffs works stronger against high armor targets, because there the dmg was lacking.

When you both have a healer, then nobody dies. :) It's called teamwork.
Dying is no option.

No. when both have a healer, the fight just take longer to finish, and with the bs right now, all know which side win at the end.

Rifleman were given the ability to help them with armor-stacking healers and medium-armor DPS primarily. If it helps them fight tanks, I do not see an issue given that BW/SORC/Magus have no issues dealing high damage to any target.

It was not a change made to facilitate to 1v1 play.

You guys can keep telling yourself that order are weak and keep buffing one side and nerf another. Then someday there will be no destro left for you to play with. Dont quote me, I wont visit this topic anymore.

Just make different hardcap for each armort type
So cloth armor could reach abit.more armor but.could not.reach medium or heavy armor numbers.
For cloth healer 2000 armor hardcap stacking above that will fill for armor debuffs
For meduim armor 3000 and so on
Numbers are totaly fictional but u get the logic behind it
Mostly harmless

If you can not grasp why certain changes are made, and instead prefer to attribute said changes with some sort of realm bias on the team's behalf, then there is no point in trying to persuade you. I literally just explained to you why the Rifleman engineer ability was given (it can always be removed if deemed necessary), but I suppose its easier to keep your head in the sand as seems to be the go-to reaction.

who is asking for nerfs? In terms of orvr

The only thing that is weak is orders other dps characters lack of utlity/dps in "COMPARISON" to Bright Wizard... and that is because bright wizard is on steroids for dmg out put... so its hard to balance and get it just right.

Healers and tanks on either side are in a stable spot, if you went into semantics WP can heal more, dok does a bit more damage but dps dok not ideal in orvr... but overall not too much of a power gap imo, similarties and enough differences.

Order are not weak, a bit limited/disorganised and too reliant on pure zerg sure... but so is destro at times...

Order have had AAO alot of the time for awhile now... its not lack of destro you should be worried about mate, and thats speaking as a guild leader of destro who has called raids early due to lack of opposition multiple times... so pve time
