leveling a alt now

with the new system of no more 3x xp on mobs from quest whats the best way to lvl an alt?
im currently 21 looking to reach 31 and scs not popping so im stuck on doing quest or getting wrecked at orvr xD

The bolster works quite well that your level. Make sure to get good gear and add some proper talismans in there and you should be doing fine. Then you get too 31 and the pain starts, as the bolster is gone

You have to know all quest are now x2.
This means :
- All pairing quests.
- All scenarios quests
- All RvR quests.

IMO the best way to level an Alt today in RoR is to actually level 3 at the same time.

The key to maximising the x2 XP from quests is to combine it with the stacking Rested XP bonuses. By having 3 Alts leveling at a given moment, you can rotate between each one and "use up" the rested XP bonus for each in rotation while filling in the gaps and allowing time for rested XP to build for the Alts by playing your main. Just make sure you log your alts out inside a city or town tavern etc. I just book back to altdorf and sell greens I get while leveling on the AH to fund mounts.

It's a bit of a juggling act, but it works quite well and makes your time spent on Alts well worth it.
