To piggy back on this thread, I also think there needs to be more tank sets that don't have so much block. Parry and dodge/disrupt helps both 2h and SnB builds and gives people more options to play with. Sucks when I'm trying to make a mixed set, but so many pieces have block.

I wish we had the old set nous back of the Sentinel Gear for the Healers....this 183 Dmg absorb by the 5 peace bonus really bad... for a City Dungeon Set is that a really bad change =(
-Every Heal : 5 % Chance to regenerate 15 AP for completly Grp over 5 sec
-Every Heal : 5% Chance to give a Heal Hot for 600Hp over 6 sec
-Every Heal : 5% Chance to regenerate 50 AP for ur Self over 5 sec
-Direct Heal : 10% Chance to create 600 Absorb Shield
-Direct Heal : 10% Chance to reduce ur Casting time for 25% for 5 sec
-Direct Heal : 5% Chance to increase ur Healing Critical for 20% over 6 sec
-Hots : Ur Hots has a Chance(5%) to increase the Armor of ur Main Healing Target for 800 for 6 sec
-Hots : Every Heal-Tick has a Chance(5%) to increase ur Willpower for 100 for 6 sec
-Hots : Every Heal-Tick has a Chance(5%) to increase ur Healing-Bonus for 20% over 6 sec
-Hots : Every Heal-Tick has a Chance(5%) to increase ur Heal Crittical for 10% over 6 sec
For the PvE Sets because thats the "Gift" as PvE Player that u Kill the PvE Bosses with a Grp.But Only for the Sentinel or the Lostvale Gear if the Lostvale inctance ala Darkpromise is comming up. Or u take the Original legit Set Bonus for Darkpromisse or something from the Live server ^^

I think armor sets based around WB play would be neat. For example on WP/DoK a leaping alteration proc that puts hots on out of group. Vanq set seems to be going in that direction. Pve sets should have a unique spot and the gear should be potent because of the general dislike of pve.
