Leave all Button for Scenarios

Really quick and simple suggestion, add a leave all button when right clicking the queuing button, minor thing but it would save some time :P

The addon queue queuer does this (and a bit more) for you.

Much better than standard queuer; has more stable party queue, blacklist, leave all option, and auto-queuer.
