Gear rewards while leveling

Hi:

I've noticed that while leveling my BW the int gear set I want is from the scs. But while I level a healer, I need to do Orvr to get the willpower set you want to heal. So for BW you can just play SCs and get what you want, but if playing a healer you need to ORVR to get the willpower gear you'd want.

Is the point to make it easy for BWs, or to make it more difficult for leveling healers to get their gear?

Solution:

The sc gear set for all classes should be secondary sets for classes. Damage for tanks and healers, and wounds for dps. The ORVR gear set for all classes should reward their primary sets for classes. Wounds for tanks, heals for healers, and dps for dps. I know it's not exactly as straight forward as I'm making it sound, but I suggest it should be.

The solution you posted is already how the system works.

All dps classes get their respective DPS sets from RvR.

The rank 35-39 BW ORVR set is wounds. It's on the Officer Medallion Quartermaster (orvr red currency).

The rank 35-39 BW SC set is int. It's on the Officer's Emblem Quartermaster (sc green currency).
