New sets is amazing, but how about off specs?

Where are these new sets listed? I was down at War Quarters this morning and did see any thing new. I look at the patch notes every day before I log in.

Afaik the vendors will be added in the next patch (or patches).
Don't know if the sets are already listed in the Excel sheet

As everyone expected, the new sets will be designed for the main specialty of the character and contain the appropriate stats (block for tanks, willpower for healers, etc.). But what about alternative specializations? DPS for healers and tanks, survival for DPS classes? Developers are going to add such sets for emblems from the scenes or they have another plan?

Also overdue another question: after conq/domi sets appeared vanq/opr, now there was an invader, but new weapons have not appeared. Do the developers plan to add new weapons?

But the weapon put in place of this gear is absolute garbage. For the sorc it is maybe equal to a t4 influence staff gain. Lol

Yea let us hope it is not like the Vanquisher set for Sorc, 100% useless.
