While I agree on the bind on pickup thing (running dungeon to get gear is OK. Not a big deal, either from stats or salvaging perspective), Gunbad is still far too hard/long to do considering the investment required versus the usefulness of the Redeye gear.
Compare it to Beastlord ; require balanced 40 full group but useful gear with cloak, tome and ring for most classes, and all gear is collected in at worst a couple of hours total.
Meanwhile, Gunbad require very experienced players with nearly endgame stuff, with complicated and challenging tactics to not be wiped each and every time by bosses, even those in most PQ before the final bosses.
Taking 1-2 hours average for each wing, without very good drop, and with RNG requiring an average of 12 runs (so about 20+ hours of painful PvE at least) to collect a gear that only serves as requirement to access the Sentinel one (wich is far shorter to run afaik).
So gunbad gear is not the problem ; the difficulty/longevity of dungeon is. Either make Gunbad shorter (less mobs to kill, less HP on bosses, less PQ maybe ?), or make it for lv 36-38 players to adjust quality/usefulness of gear to its right place.
Not even mentioning Conqueror is both funnier and faster to collect with thos price reductions, and makes RedEye gear even less valuable... :/
At last, make Gunbad a place where everyone can help other people to get gear, even with full set (like I do regularily with Beastlord and Sewers quests).
Actually Gunbad is a 2 hours painful run for everybody, to experience again and again until we finally drop the gear (6 runs atm and only 2 boots and 1 glove, for me... :/).
