Sugestion for set bonus

On Sovereign armor last bonus was be used as a skill. Can You implement this feature for another set / sets ?
For example: tyrant at last bonus can have group clean for any debuff (5min CD).

The team can implement skills as a bonus.
But whether they will do it is unknown.

There is a plan for Granted Item Abilities outside the one on sovereign gear .
Grunbag - 40 - 33 Squig Herder
Skorri - 40 - 65 Engineer

Item abilities is greate function. Gameplay may be more interesting :-).
