WP - Fueled Fury tactics broken ?

Il play long time with Fueled Fury (+1year). After remove il not see any differences and never seen proc from this tactics. This tactics may be bugged ?

I would suggest to go and test it. Should be easy to do. If it's broken put it on the bugtracker 😉

As you gain the 35RF instant, there will be no visible proc, other then on resto-burst e.g.

Gangan - SH 75 .... Blumnmoscha - BO 63
Scophis - Zealot 73 .... Drengur - WP 64
Iznogoud - Sham 50+ .... Bixo - Engie 50+
Apogemoth - Magus 40+ .... Loarelle - AM 65
