I also agree with Sigmar and the whole staff and this issue. Even with the Exploiters in the game atm they are ruining the economy and they will make the market crash to the point where you need 1000G just to buy a level 2 sword that is something i hope i never see. but in all the times i seen people talk about having 1 million gold,**I have screenshots of the convo**, It just makes me rage knowing they dont give a crap about this server. I hope Justice is brought to these individuals. I Fully support the Dev team on this this issue, This is somthing that needs to be taken care of ASAP! I thank you guys for your concern as well our Concern for the server. We are really glad that we all have common interests for the server. We are here for the game, the memories, the fights and a good time being with our friends.

Most of you already know that there are some gold exploits out there. We're currently fixing these. We just want to inform you that this may take some time.

Once the exploits have been fixed, a gold wipe will occur in order to rebalance the server's economy and wipe out the proceeds of this exploit. We will also need to perform some other modifications, but we do not wish to expand upon that topic right now. What we would like to say is that we are aware that there will be attempts to hide the proceeds of exploiting from any wipes.

Needless to say, having to direct attention to these issues is slowing down our development process significantly; the next patches and T2 have been delayed due to these issues being selfishly exploited instead of being reported to the staff.

Rest assured that we will punish all players who have profited from this exploit. We don't want exploiters on this server, no matter how vital they may think they are, and we'd like to again express our disappointment at the choice these players have made to try to ruin the server for their own personal gain. We know that sense of disappointment will be shared by the vast majority of players who respect and enjoy playing on this server and want to see it grow, and we hope that you'll continue to give us your support.

I think the highlighted sentence is the takeaway here. If this means a character/item wipe, I really hope you guys have thought this through as well as you say you have.

the sad part is this problem plagues almost all online games. and it wont be stopping anytime soon. its too bad RoR is having this problem. actually there is always someone in life trying to ruin other peoples life. at least you RoR people are letting us know what is going on. I am sure I wasn't the only one checking the website daily for those expected big updates soon.

as sad as it sounds i farmed to get lvl 11 gear from ah for about 20 gold each part that on a normel server would have cost me 10-20 silver total. so im fully behind the whipe even if it would mean that i lose all my stuff and must start anew

ANd if it would be a total whipe we were for the first time all even in equip and no demigods anymore in sc that can shrug off the spike of 4 sorcs at once

I play on RoR because i love WAR and not to become the richest Player around

I believe that a total char wipe would drag some people away from this server for a big period of time. Most of us just build up a kinda relation to our characters and just don't wanna lose them. Gold wipe is just fine, we all will appreciate it
