Give warband leaders small renown boost

I find warband leaders have a somewhat thankless task, constantly being berated for this and that. I'd like to see warband leaders getting a small boost to renown generation to encourage players to be warband leaders.

It's only thakless if your'e bad. People jump at the oppurtunity to play in a Nohire WB.

Very few warbands are bad if they have an active leader, though I am sure this Nohire is a lovely bloke.

Besides, a quick check after posting and this seems to come up every few months. Devs have said nope.

Success and praise by their warband members is enough reward.

There are much better ways to encourage people to play organized than just giving all WB leaders something for calling "blob on me" and etc. Not to say that it would be abused in 8 out of 10 cases.
