make timer for changeing realm/faction
what i see in ORVR alot thise days is ppl get wiped onces then log destro or order what every side they where on just to take the easy way so they win no matter what. what many off us wood like is a 4hours+ lock so you cant change from destro to order or the orter way around to make it fair and not just blub everything down

what about people who arent doing rvr/forts? why would u want to **** them over because of blobbers?

People have more than one account to counter that issue. If you make a desteo character on the same account then u lose all your contribution and dont get anything, no medals no rr. so people make new accounts and level destro on there. So 4 hours locks are not going to work unfortunately.

We had such function not that long ago but we had to disable it due to some issues.
