Server status: Up or Down?

Whenever I get booted, I go to "Who's online" to see if it's my connection or the server. When it's the server, I see myself "online" even though I'm clearly not. Another indicator is the server pop that has been stuck on 310 for the last half hour.

Any update or information as to why everything is green and ok at launcher screen, but when you press connect nothing happens?

I checked armory and there is a gm available if they are able to restart the server they are taking thier time about it. If they cant may be a very long wait at the weekend you tend not to see a GM till after 10 am gmt.
