You could reach this high damage out-put if you would just endless pande on a Turret/White Lion Pet.

P.S IT is actually working, the 50% re-apply chance. But I'm not sure if Pandemonium is SUPPOSED to not AoE if disrupted by 1 person

(Basically if Pandemonium gets disrupted by one person, Pandemonium will NOT cast on the other targets within 20 meters around that person who disrupted. It will only work if Pandemonium actually hits the target and then it starts AoE-ing the other people around it and will start following the block > disrupt hit formula. To remedy this you try to hit a turret or a white lion pet because those have low disrupt chances or an engineer/melee dps.)

It's a dumb tactic to take when you have better alternatives/can simply reapply it after DoT falls off.
