Excess Hatchlings

Hi, have been really enjoying hunting for easter eggs and have thus acquired some additional Wyvern Hatchlings.
Just wondering if they can be used for anything else, since they are all counting down and will expire at the same period of time which feels like a shame.
Perhaps exchange 5 or even 10 for a real one? or maybe trade to an alt?
Otherwise I'll have some wyvern nuggets tonight haha.
