Change rarity of Seals

Hi will be posible to change rarity of Seal of the exemplar and Seal of the Paragon?
from blue to white ... then you can put in autoroll on need and blue (conqueror on pass) to help new player in party.
dont know how hard is it, and maybee same addon can manage it, but will be nice to have it. thx

Tidy Roll can do all of this (and has been for years).
