[SH] shoot thru ya

I am not sure if it's supposed too or not, but when using the tactic "Shootin' Wif da Wind" (50% rangebuff too all path of quick shottin') it does not effect Shoot thru ya ... Would be a nice change and add a little more Umpf too the class, maybe making it more wb viable :)

Shoot thru ya has been nerfed some 2 years ago because "fester build" made it's comeback and there were oceans of salt.

It's still buggy. But effective.
