Please, make it requirement to have all talisman slots filled to que for Ranked...

Agreed, Conqueror is already a big difference from Sov but also having no talismans on some people would make it a complete stomp. If anything it would encourage and teach them to put on some talismans. That being said I have no idea if such a thing would be easy to code in or not.
