Hi I am a noob 40. How do I get Sentinel Souls? I noticed they are really good weapons.

They are influence rewards from city dungeons (Crypts & Tunnels if you are on order side)

You get the weapons from city dungeons. Sentinel Soul is a currency for trading one weapon for another if you change your mind about what you wanted.

BB / BE dungeons if you're destro, crypts / tunnels if you're order.

any type of weapon from BB/BE? So i give to Blomp (the NPC) my Chimera's Bane and receve back Hand of Malal?

You "sell" your weapon for sentinel soul. Than you buy weapon you desire with it and some gold.
