I think 'opt out of bags' option is needed in City Siege.
We got City Sieges going for some times already and it's guild/alliance/friend based effeort, people who play one character got more than one set already, people multiclassing got one done usualy and another in work. So, I think it would be nice to be able to pass royal crests to our allies, guildies, friends or undegeared alts. While getting 2nd set for my KotBS or WP would be nice (6/8 atm on both, so finished soon), I'd rather help my guildies than soak all the bags once I'm done with my first set.
