Re: The Current Cooldown Increaser/Decreaser Imbalance
But you ideally use shatter limbs with rampage up so how are they gonna defend it?

Rampage is a totally different ability with its own downsides, with the same logic could also involve pounce with Indigestion combo.

yes they have in city, forts, and keeps, wherever there are big blops of destrocimator wrote: Tue Oct 06, 2020 12:02 pm I dont think hitting all warband is realistic tho, you would get maybe 8-12 hits ideallly. And there is also a chance they will defend it. Imo it does feel balanced

Re: The Current Cooldown Increaser/Decreaser Imbalance
Choppa has CD increaser, but its in the dead midtree so I guess its functionally deas as far game balance goes, and its ST finisher (more useless).
My idea/feedback;
-make WW undefendable, easy enough change
-change BORK Waaagh CD reducer to Shaman, add something else to BORK, maybe a Raking Talons variant etc or AP buffing to party or fast semi-charge buff to party or even a temporary wounds buff which Destro lacks
-both Shaman and AM would get their groupwide CD reducer buff at 13pts in their healtree, or at 9pts so its on equal level as CH! buff, 10s effect 20s cd. Either move Magical Infusion (trash mastery pick, abysmal uptime/doesnt fire off when target melts too fast + easier other buff healbuff sources) into core, or consider moving the 13pts HOT/channel into core, to somehow improve the said classes (not enough, would need an actual class rework to give them a functional mechanic + survival buffs to catch up with tanky rps/wps).
Hell, you could just take Magical Infusion/Shrug it Off and just straight up convert those 2 into a partywide cd reducer buff, nothing of value lost, then shuffle their location in the mastery tree. (or rename them to Isha's Infusion and Rush It Off
BORK is good enough as tanks go, Choppa is kinda nerfed lately with the burst removed from GTDC and somewhat of a mystery pick when compared to Slayer (way less dmg + utility) and Mara (way less survivability + utility).
Shaman isn't bad per se as running/kiting healers go, but thats mainly due to best racial tactics in game, which their AM mirror lacks.

Re: The Current Cooldown Increaser/Decreaser Imbalance
Well, you should. Balancing on an ability vs ability basis between the realms only leads to mirroring, which removes alot of fun from the game.cimator wrote: Tue Oct 06, 2020 12:27 pm Rampage is a totally different ability with its own downsides, with the same logic could also involve pounce with Indigestion combo.

Re: The Current Cooldown Increaser/Decreaser Imbalance
you have SH equivalent of shatter limbs what are you talking about. 1 click chop fasta and bo equivalent of 1 click chop fasta vs MEELE whispering winds ( if its parried it fails ) . also the BO Equivalent of chop fasta is added by devs years ago which is causing massive imbalance.WARChosen wrote: Tue Oct 06, 2020 11:52 amYes the Chop Fasta is GooD OnE but Shatter limbs is 4x Extra Good One why because it work on ALL ENEMY IN RANGE 30 FEET when CHOP work only in party ???????? and i think they not ending countering each other because 1 slayer can debuff all in destro warband so to counter that you need 4 choppascimator wrote: Mon Oct 05, 2020 5:55 pm
The Good Ones: Shatter Limbs --- Chop Fasta!
They were both very convenient and easy to reach abilities, every Slayer and Choppa could take them without ruining their builds, both single target and aoe. So they ended up countering each other just fine.
Re: The Current Cooldown Increaser/Decreaser Imbalance
how about balancing 3 pounces vs 1 ? and 2 riposte abuse vs 0 ?
