If i understand right, slot 4 only maded to prevent mix 2/3 sets bonuses abuse. Then why you can do that with sentinel?

I think 'abuse' is a very missplaced word in this context. The possible combinations with two sov/warl rings were just deemed to be too strong and therefore removed. Sentinel gear is about 20 item levels below sov/warl and therefore probably not seen as too strong in combination.
