It is so easy, there were only a few flaws, which are fixable without a doubt.
Last time i try and make you see sense
Past 1.4 here are some mastery skills that were available in t2- festering arrow/cave in/ WE and WH kd (and unlike other class kd you dont see the WE or WH coming so they are free to burst u down)/ cutting claw and force apportunity the armor debuff on certain classes gave them an armor rating of 0/ shatter limbs ?/ chosen and kotbs stagger ? just a few examples and you add to that double renown after 1.4 and you have 50 renown points to spend, that in itself is huge. now items...like i said previously anihilator and devastator mix, weapons and items from gunbad, all this isnt unbalanced ?
T3 u had m4 mastery available 2k+ damage morales, 70-100 renown points to spend, crit weapons from pve dungeons more, more and more stuff to make it even more unbalanced.
Old tier requirements you could jump into RvR in t2 and t3 with 0 renown points and pve armor and still have some what on an impact, ofc someone with pvp armor and renown points to spend will be stronger but the gap is smaller then what **** was like after 1.4, you cant argue that.
Don't bother I'm guessing he is a "pro" twinker
Then I try once more to enlighten you guys.
T2 skill set is changing for everyone, the balance between all players stays the same.
IB have KD in T1, SW get ranged KD, other chars have KD, so where is your problem with WE/WH KD?!
Because they have stealth? What rank do you need to make it fair to fight WE/WH, who KD you after stealth?
That's hilarious.
All those skills make absolutely no difference, as they all scale with rank.
Festering Arrow isn't more or less dangerous on a later level.
Same goes for armor and resist debuffs, which are more effective currently without armor potions or talismans, all primary attribute debuffs are simply better, as most classes fight without any buffs.
Some classes like IB are strong, because they can buff all relevant stats on their own.
The advantage for rr50, who try to max their renown in T2, is huge? You start with rr20-30, when you leave T1!
Some even ignored that and used vendor items and farmed their renown in T3. All who enter T2 with min rank get ~100% more of most stats from bolster.
With Devastator and for some classes with rank 26 you are ready for T3. If you doubt that, feel free to ask me for SC screenshots.
Btw, WE/WH should use Devastator and ignore Annihilator, as the set bonus are much better. Enough to fight r39 in SC.
Mount Gunbad purple items? Who cares, when you can get blue RvR items from vendor with war crests? Something we really need for proper itemization. The currency we have currently is not 1.4.8.
In T3 you had ~7k average HP with rank 26, tanks even more. Much more than all rank 39.
The only meaningful crit items were lotd souls, which won't be available here.
Moral damage makes no difference, when you are rank 39 in T3 or 40 in T4. You have absolutely no point.
Entering T3 with rr40-50 was fine, not a single handicap and you just need to get XP for a few ranks to use Conq set.
Don't tell me miracles about PvE armor. No sane player farms for days to get all missing pieces with random drop chances, while he could have fun in RvR. PvE armor sets are no valid option without XP-off.
Using vendor items was still possible, when the RR was lacking.
I would like to make PvE armor sets viable as well. Just reduce level requirements and monster levels in instances to make them on par with RvR armor sets. Furthermore add no-XP to make PvE farming an alternative without gimping renown rank. I guess it will be more difficult to make instance mechanics working than changing ranks.
When a "pro twinker" is someone, who has the experience about level progression and power gaps, then yes, I am a pro twinker.

Levelling and Tiers mechanic, when chars are not supposed to wreck in T1 past 11 level, damn it.
Sulorie wrote:For the love of god, where is the imbalance, when all are level 15, with or without bolster?!
What game mechanic? Cleanse is rank 16, so not even this is an issue.
This is exact issue too, that you fail to see as other 70+ who don't care. Obviously you don't mind few classes becoming OP too.

Obviously, looks like he want to "wreck noobs" again.
All chars are OP in T1, when played correctly, not only r15 chars. When you don't feel OP, then you need to get better.
Yes, wrecking noobs with rank 26 chars in T3 is fun.
I try to understand you but come on, you sound like you need someone to hold your hand, when playing.
Dying is no option.
