In latest patch it was changed to:
Corruptive Power effect changed from "All Path of Corruption abilities now cost 35% fewer action points." to "Any time you receive critical damage, the attacker is cursed and their chance to critically hit is reduced by 25% for 10 seconds."
This is a massive imbalance as it grants huge passive debuff of flat -25% on all layers of rvr without any actions needed from chosen to apply (er "standing there" is an action).
I know it will be reworked, so my suggestion is to make it a mirror (not copy-paste) of kn dirty tricks:
-5% crit for entire party on being crit( or on block as this is def tree).
Removing ch from initial buff (like kn) is optional.

Its not even playable at 5%. 15% is decent, 10% is questionable, 5% is crap. We have to have something to counter orders immense AOE damage presence.

The dirty tricks bonus is 5%. There is also 5% bonus on Invader armor for tanks for party. I use the Invader over partial sov at the moment because of it.
primary IB 8X, EN8X, WP7X, SL7X, KOTBS6X, and a bunch of under rr60 toons on order and destro with other classes.

Looks like someone playing on the order side.
You are not playing on the side of destro, eating full teams of BW close aoe x M dps/city, slayer x m/city

Was already said by Secrets it will be turned to 10%, if still will be overperforming, then to 5%.

Even 10% is still crazy powerful considering the KOBS one is 5% party only.
