KD moving and distance: Whose idea was it?

Who came up with this idea, please, could give you a logical reason? I still believe this is just something that went unnoticed. :?

I think knockdown is a core cc made by mythic when they designed the game, and moving anny distance is part of most mmo's to traverse throu the world

I thought this was a Lag post. I often KD/Champ Challenge a target that then warps 20+ft away from me... Awesome to champ challenge a target that is out of range for you to attack for the duration...

But I live in cali. My ping is atrocious.

Rkd has been a thing for ever on War. CC on this game isn't that bad honestly, immunity timers make a massive difference. Go play Dota can get stun-locked for real, or Flinch Locked in any dueling game... It happens.

Forgot the 13x spec Melee KD, not many go Scout/Assault. Much better to have it core like Squig does with pet and melee. Also didn't count morale snares and self kb for either
