RvR Meds & Loot Bags

Hello everyone.

Is there a thread with a summary of the loot in rvr and how it works? i mean how long it takes to get a bag, whats in each bag. i do some rvr but got the feeling it takes forever to get enough medallions to buy the Set pieces (working on conq set right now)
