Which folders/files to transfer for fresh install?

Messed up my game files while transferring game from one drive to another and the game crashes at launch so I did a fresh install. I did a fresh install and the game launches to character selection with no issues.

Which folders do I need to bring from my old copy of the game to my fresh install if I want to keep all layout editor settings, game settings(targeting settings, hotkeys, graphics settings, etc) to include Addons and the various addon settings per character?
