Fort War Report vs Flight Path

There should be a flight path just outside the entrance of forts as soon as Stage 2 starts, and there shouldn't be a war report.
That would prevent people from war reporting into a fort, which messes up numbers, bag rolls, etc. And it would also result in less griefing from parties stopping people from getting to fort. However there would still be a benefit to going before the 5 minutes is up (more likely to get reservation).

OR just use the city flight path and walk to the fort out the back. remove the war report to the forts entirely.

When a fort opens you usually get no war report option to directly go into fort. There have to be fights within fort to give that option but then the fort will be already full. If it is not full, you eventually get a war report option but so what? There are slots left, how to mess up numbers?
Dying is no option.
