NPCs are already using this and so many Tiers look same, can we have a bit of variety, atleast in Helmets, I have seen how ROR team made cosmetic changes to some older sets to make them look better.

All i want for my knight is a simple cover-all no fuss helmet.

Sadly not sure if NPCs have the armor as gear on them... or if it's directly "drawn" on.

Some have it as one piece, some others you can strip down and make the pieces into cosmetic gear.
There was a little project regarding cosmetics few years ago and some pieces do exist on the server (you can find them in armory for example looking for Nurgle armor or Alchemist's/Brawla armor), but I'm pretty sure it has been halted.

The last person I know to have worked on them was Norkall and, well..

The staff won't release any appearance gear that doesn't strictly adhere to the very specific class models that were released when WaR was released, IE no khorne/nurgle gear, night goblin, savage orc etc. gear.
