Seeing as how fast you did this in accordance to the one we saw in the Q&A, i'm assuming you either want to apply for a realm champion, or already are one.

Have to agree with Bowldancer, this would be a nerf to the meta build of Slayer; a class that, while incredibly useful, is still pretty underplayed, according to what data we have.
(don't see a lot of order melee balls rolling around either, do you? lol, more like SW balls :lol: )

All to make a niche spec (small scale) more viable? Idk. Order's losing enough cities as is. If you take from slayer, you should give somewhere else. Like wargrimnir said: some classes are more optimal than others. On order, not so many optimal classes.

Why ask for a Rampage nerf the 1 thing unique left for Slayer, u saw the spread sheet and saw how few play Slayers compare to Choppas and u want it to be nerfed further ? Only nerfs 0 buffs for 12years this is getting idiotic imho.

Even Devs said Rampage and GttC is fine in its current state. just l2p

ppl asked in QnA why Des have 2 ways of incresing CD on skills and Order only have 1, yea thats cause Devs took the unique skill of Shatter Limbs and gave it to SH with NOTHING in return. But when Des wanted a range KD and cried and cried well they got it.

Not familiar with slayer builds yet.
Makes it hard for dualwielding to reach all essential skills.
You need full sov+2 bonus than to grab the mandatory heal debuff, rampage, id, shatter limbs - not a single point left for variety.
Given how powerful it is it could easily be one of the top 13 point abilities.

And tbh that's kind of the point of masteries... Ideally the things deep in mastery trees would be very appealing so that you would love to have them, but have to choose one, in accordance to what you want to do.

I do not disagree with you. It is a strong ability but not the boogeyman people make it out to be.
ID giving challenge/stagger resistance is a bigger thing.
I was just pointing out that this is just another nerf rampage thread.
And I wish every mastery tree had a nice 13 point ability.
Looking at you Unbalancing attack (KotBS) and Oathstone (IB).

Why do you compare it with rampage ? It is on the same level as ID.

Keep' on chopping is indeed useless and should be replaced with something worthwile.

Rampage should have a 2H requirement. Big weapons do strikethrough already.

Unfortunately we don't have any cinematic to help inform our decisions, so this change is dead in the water.
