Does it affect your contribution? I heard a few times RLs saying 'book or take flight do not use war report' why so?

It doesn't.
Certain zones have pointless War reports, or you often want to keep it up so you can move to other zones in case of a siege.
Should also disable quing for SCs while in active rvr lakes, since people also use that to escape lmao
