I finished this quest and cannot recall where I picked up the quest. There's no information as to where to turn in the quest.
The turn in is not at the beginning of Gunbad or if it is, it's bugged.

You meet same NPC during middle wing, in solitex room, than in 'ard to feed room (back side of boss room - there is a door).
