We can see that the only advantage that the skill Death Grip has is the shorter cooldown on it. In a 1on1 the 5 sec cd doesn't matter, because the immunity timers are way longer than 5 secs. In any other situation it would be a massive damage loss to use a skill with 0 dmg.
My suggestion is too keep the differences of the skills, but bring it at least a little bit on par.

Requirement: Parry
Damage: 125
Effect: 4 sec disarm (undefendable!)
