Started in 2013. You will not be alone questing at low lvls. Plenty of folks creating alts in t1. Welcome back!

On the home page right side you can see the population tracker. At the time of writing this (shortly after you asked) there are 191 people in T1. Just keep in mind that a large portion of the population does PvP. If you are looking to quest, you may find the PvE areas a bit empty, but you can always queue for scenarios or join the brawl in the RvR lakes.

"PvE areas a bit empty". will there be a change to make PvE a little more appealing. sounds like a problem pointed out. PvE areas looking dead confusing new players into thinking theres a lack of population.

You can hit t2 in less than day FYI, won't be stuck in t1 long.
